A Manly Sub

I'm a little behind, but I had to get these pictures up from our adventure making Stuffed Hot Sausage Meatball Subs. With fresh spicy Italian sausage from the deli, we stuffed these cute little meatballs with mozzarella cubes and baked to perfection. Perfection = Oozing, melted mozzarella goodness.

Of course, J piled on the cheese and tomato sauce, while I savored the distinct flavor of the basil. Can you guess which sandwich belongs to each of us? J thought he died and went to heaven! This recipe is a keeper.
